Penalty Shooters 3 is a soccer sports game available online that is completely based on penalty shots. Instead of a full game of football, you play a game of "shooter vs keeper" where each save and each kick is a point. Its competitive progression combines Tier Mode with a World Cup tournament.
How to Play Penalty Shooters 3
Start by selecting your game mode. Tier Mode contains six challenges, beginning with Tier 1. TWinning trophies unlocks higher tiers: Tier 2 requires 15 trophies, while Tiers 3–6 require 70, 170, 350, and 700 trophies respectively. Play 3 Tier matches to unlock World Cup.
As the shooter, press and hold to charge your kick while the target moves, then release at the right moment. As goalkeeper, wait for the target and click or tap it to dive and attempt the save.

Tips to Sharpen Your Shooting
Watch the shot power indicator and focus on timing. When defending, delay your dive slightly against slower shots. Change your position and shot power when shooting as the goalie is getting used to you. Do not use power-ups too easily. Learn the penalty shot from both angles and each shotout can be your moment of glory.
